Duru'nun uc gun suren atesi Pazar gunu normale dondu. Pazartesi gunu ise boynu, ensesi, az biraz yuzu, sirti ve gogsunde kirmizi lekeler cikti. Bugun de iyice kayboldular. Hemsireye bakilirsa 'roseola infantum' (altinci hastalik, uc gunluk ates) olabilirmis.

Kirmiziliklar cok kabarik degildi, ben sahsen emin degilim altinci hastalik miydi.

Duru's fever returned to normal on Sunday after exactly 72 hours, and on Monday, we saw some red spots on her body. Today, all redness is gone. According to her nurse, it could be 'roseola infantum' (sixth disease, three-day fever).

The red spots did not look like roseola spots; but, she has all other symptoms. Anyway, she's OK now. Here is a picture from this evening.

Based on 1-15 day incubation period, she probably got the virus in Turkey.

Also, since this virus is transferred thru respiratory tract, and affects children between 6 month and 2 years, all the children in this picture may have the same symptoms in a week or so. [Please check to see if your child is in this picture :]
