Dun aksam babasi eve geldiginde Duru'nun birazcik atesi vardi, 38.4C civarinda... Cok yuksek olmamasina ragmen, ensesi ve sirti cok sicak oldugu icin -bir de tecrubesizlik var tabii- babasi biraz heyecanlandi herhalde... Annesi ile beraber doktorunu arayip, biraz Tylenol verdiler atesini kontrol altinda tutmak icin... Telefondaki hemsire 'ates 105F'a cikarsa getirin' dedi.

Gece boyunca atesini kontrol ettik, genelde hareket halinda oldugu icin cok da meraklanmadik ama ilk ates tabii... Her dort saatte bir Tylenol aldigi icin atesi cok artmadi, bir ara gece 39C'a yaklasti.

Sabah su anda atesi 37'ye dogru iniyor. Biraz kati mama yiyor, dun aksamki yemegini kacirmisti. Bir de annesi eline 'teething biscuits' verdi, onunla oynuyor. Uyuyup da buyurse, yok, atesi duserse, cok sevinecegiz.

Biz heyecanlandik ama o hasta oldugunun farkinda degil, oynuyor.

Duru had a little bit of fever yesterday evening. Due to inexperience, :) her dad was a little bit worried. Calls to doctors were made, Tylenol was used. Her temprature was around 38C all night long, but we haven't seen 39C.

This morning, it seems to be down a little bit, but it could be Tylenol. She looks OK, and ate a little bit of her breakfast, and nibble her 'teething biscuit.' She doesn't know that she's sick; she's playing now.
